This is a great Pre Workout Shake to take around 60 minutes before your training.

Strawberry, Banana, & Avocado Smoothie


• 1 cups frozen strawberries
• ½ medium banana
• ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
• ¼ – ½ avocado, peeled and pitted
• 1 ½ cups unsweetened almond milk
• 1 scoop Isa Pro protein powder
• Water if needed

Instructions: Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
